0x6075 Motor rated current

The motor rated current is taken from the motor datasheet. It needs to be configured in rms value. In the datasheet it could be defined in other units (peak value), therefore it needs to be converted into rms value before configuration. The units are in Milliampere [mA]. All relative current data refers to this value (such as 0x6073 Max current).
